Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of digital adoption.
- Look for the best and most efficient ways to implement the transformation
- Assist in the design and execution of the change strategies including identification of change impact on employees, processes, policies, structures.
- Drive agile work practices in leading day-to-day change management activities.
- Educate and coach stake holders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change management.
- Assist in developing and implement new Digital HR solutions.
Qualification & Skill Requirement For PCB Jobs 2022:
- At least, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Sciences (Master’s would be preferred).
- Minimum of 05 years of experience working in HR / Digital Transformation.
- Proven background of working in Digitisation and Transformation.
- Understanding of HR Tools.
- Previous experience of planning, budgeting and contracting across a fast-paced organisation.
