Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of digital adoption.
Look for the best and most efficient ways to implement the transformation
Assist in the design and execution of the change strategies including identification of change impact on employees, processes, policies, structures.
Drive agile work practices in leading day-to-day change management activities.
Educate and coach stake holders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change management.
Assist in developing and implement new Digital HR solutions.

Qualification & Skill Requirement For PCB Jobs 2022:

At least, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Sciences (Master’s would be preferred).
Minimum of 05 years of experience working in HR / Digital Transformation.
Proven background of working in Digitisation and Transformation.
Understanding of HR Tools.
Previous experience of planning, budgeting and contracting across a fast-paced organisation.
